On Saturday, May 18th, Long Island Teachers are sponsoring a Fireworks night with the Long Island Duck's. It is important that we have a strong turnout from our teachers. We specifically chose this date because it is the last fireworks night before voters on Long Island head to the polls to vote on the school budget.
This is a great opportunity to show the public the importance of supporting our public education. Discounted tickets can be bought using the promo code TEACHERS. Please make sure that when you buy tickets they are for the evening game since there is a doubleheader on May 18th.
