This is open to all employees, friends and family of the Babylon School District. We will be playing as teams of four (combined score). This friendly PAR 3 course should encourage even the worst golfers or first timers to play and the best golfers to showcase their short game skills. Don’t be shy to give it a try for a great cause. If golf is truly not “your thing” then please consider joining us for the dinner portion of the day.
The outing will include 9 holes of golf on this beautiful PAR 3 course (**shotgun start**) PLUS:
- Dinner catered by Mulberry Street: Including Soft-Drinks & Water
- RAFFLES, MINI-GAMES & PRIZES
Check-In & Driving Range will begin at 3:15 p.m.
Go out to golf at 4:00 p.m. (The round should only take about 1.5 hours to complete.)
Catered Dinner on the deck at Sumpwams Creek will begin approximately 5:30 p.m.
The Play: Calculating your team’s final score:
- The score for each player is recorded on every hole.
- The 2 lowest scores on each hole are counted towards the team final score. (this gives an 18 hole total)
- Every player must contribute at least 3 scores...therefore you may need to count his/her score on a hole even though it was not the lowest to assure everyone has contributed 3 scores.
- Tie breaker will be decided by lowest 4 person total.
