Message from President, Robert Richardelli
I just wanted to remind all of the members that there is a ratification vote tomorrow in all three buildings. Members who are itinerant teachers are to vote in their "home" building.
The handout about the contract was the actual MOA. The notes were there to help with the readability of the contract.
Please know that we did not negotiate the ability for the district to install Security Cameras. Legally, the district has a right to install them. However, the executive board had the tremendous forethought to negotiate protective language for all of the members before the cameras were even put in. We have been told by the District that these cameras will NOT be installed in the classrooms.
