Strong communities have strong schools and it is up to all of us to support our children and provide them with the tools that they need to succeed. All of us here at Long Island Teachers want to encourage our parents and neighbors to get out to the polls on Tuesday, May 16th and VOTE YES on your local school budget. Long Island has some of the best public schools in the country so support your community and support Public Ed this Tuesday, May 16th. Polls are open from 6 am to 9 pm.
